Erik uses his 20+ years of experience working in virtually all aspects of the adult beverage and hospitality industries to provide management consulting and M&A advisory services to clients in the Pacific Northwest and clients looking to invest in the Pacific Northwest.
Andy leads Metis’ Oregon practice and brings decades of both corporate and entrepreneurial experience in the adult beverage, hospitality, and consumer products industries.
Vic brings over 35 years of operating and middle-market private equity investment experience to Metis. He enjoys working with business owners and leaders to develop and execute creative strategic solutions and successful transactions.
Will has spent over 20 years developing vineyards and building wineries in the Northwest. He brings vineyard and winery operational expertise as well as a network of relationships throughout the industry that uniquely enables him to find opportunities and create solutions for clients.
Justin has broad experience in finance, having worked in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance and corporate strategy over his career. This experience enables him to take a nuanced and rich approach to financial analysis on behalf of Metis’ clients.

Though now mostly retired, Michael’s unparalleled experience of 40 years as a CEO and 30 years providing M&A advisory services is available for special projects to provide clients the wisdom, creativity, connections, and composure necessary to structure unique deal solutions and navigate difficult transactions.
Ed Wallace is a founding member of the board of directors for Puget Sound Bank and is a former board member for St. Joseph Foundation of Phoenix, AZ; and Star Industries, the West Coast's largest independent construction rental supplier and YES, Youth Eastside Services, Bellevue, WA.
John serves as Managing Director and Partner at Delafield Hambrecht, Inc. (“DHI”), an investment firm headquartered in Seattle, WA. Prior to joining DHI, John served as CEO of Saltmine, Inc., an interactive design and development software firm headquartered in Seattle, WA.
