KRISTIN MARCHESI
MANAGING DIRECTOR
As a Managing Director, Kristin oversees METIS’ Oregon Wine Practice. Kristin grew up on her family’s winery and later spent 15 years running Oregon wineries and vineyards, both legacy and emerging brands. She’s been involved in multiple M&A transactions as both a seller and a buyer before joining METIS. Her unique experience and perspective is invaluable help in guiding clients through transactions.

As Managing Director, Chris leads the firm’s hospitality practice. He brings a diverse blend of executive leadership experience to METIS, having served in senior leadership roles in hotel and resort management, healthcare administration, law, and accounting. With over 20 years of hospitality and executive leadership experience, Chris takes a practical approach to advising clients through the unique challenges of M&A transactions.
