A Washington native, Morgan graduated from the Carson College of Business at Washington State University earning a BA in Wine Business Management with a minor in Viticulture & Enology (Integrated Plant Sciences). Her program led her to study agricultural engineering, international wine business, and food science at École Superieure D’Agriculture De PURPAN in southwestern France.
Prior to joining the Metis team, she worked as a marketing consultant focused on growth strategy and innovation. Prior to that, Morgan worked for Ste. Michelle Wine Estates. Her experience in both Fortune 500 companies as well as start-ups, gives her unique perspective in assisting a wide range of clients. Her professional research background includes food science, the future of food systems, personal health and wellness and product innovation. Morgan also serves on the Board of Advisors for Carson College of Business at Washington State University.
Morgan spent her summers in Pasco, Washington managing harvest operations for her family's cherry orchards. She has a deep appreciation for the Pacific Northwest, its beauty, and the world-class produce the region has to offer. Always the romantic, the wine industry has captivated her. The mix of passionate people, history, agriculture, hospitality, and marketing drew her in.
In her free time, she loves listening to live music, practicing yoga, spending time with her family and friends, while enjoying all the local splendors of Walla Walla.
